FarmBis Annual Industry Survey - November 2003
The 2003 FarmBis Annual Industry Survey is the third annual survey commissioned by the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. The survey targets industry organisations (commodity and non-commodity) and Natural Resource Management bodies with either a National Action Plan for Salinity and Water Quality and/or Natural Heritage Trust responsibility.
FarmBis is a joint Australian/State and Territory Government initiative that provides financial assistance to primary producers and land managers to participate in training and education activities.
The survey is a key component of the FarmBis program’s monitoring and evaluation framework. The results of the survey contribute to adaptive management of the program by helping to inform the priorities, content and delivery of FarmBis education and training activities and strategies.
