Guide for Creating Rural Networks
The major issue addressed by this project is the challenge of building effective learning arrangements across dispersed communities in rural areas. Successful initiatives will be examined and two new networks created. The findings will provide guidance to prospective proponents of networks to ensure they are self-driven and sustainable.
